Welcome to Al-Banuri. By accessing or using www.al-banuri.com, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order, creating an account, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Products

All Al-Banuri Kufi caps are described accurately to the best of our ability. Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings, lighting in product photography, and natural fabric variations. Sizes follow our published Size Guide.

3. Pricing

Prices are displayed on the product pages and are subject to change without notice. Wholesale pricing is quoted separately based on quantity, customization, and destination.

4. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that the shipping information is accurate. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to: pricing errors, fraud detection, inability to ship to the destination, or stock unavailability. Refunds will be issued promptly for any cancelled orders.

5. Wholesale Orders

Wholesale orders are subject to a separate wholesale agreement. Minimum order quantity is 54 pieces per design. 50% advance payment required to begin production. Custom orders (private label) are non-refundable once production begins.

6. Shipping

See our Shipping & Returns page for delivery timelines and policies. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier issues, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

7. Returns

See our Shipping & Returns page. Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery for returns.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on www.al-banuri.com — including product images, designs, text, logo, and brand name (Al-Banuri, الـبنوري) — is the intellectual property of Al-Banuri. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Al-Banuri is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
