Where is Al-Banuri based?

Our manufacturing and shipping is based in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan. All caps are crafted by skilled Pakistani artisans.

What does "Koofi" mean? What other names does the Kufi cap have?

A Kufi (also spelled Koofi) is a short, rounded skull cap worn by Muslim men, especially during Salah (prayer). The same product is known by many names: Namaz Topi (نماز ٹوپی) in Urdu, Taqiyah (طاقية) or Kufiyah (كوفية) in Arabic, Muslim prayer cap, Islamic skull cap, or prayer hat in English. Other languages call it takke (Turkish), peci/songkok (Indonesian/Malay), or kofia (Swahili).

What sizes are available?

All Al-Banuri Kufi caps come in 6 standard sizes: 21 inch (54cm), 21.5 inch (55cm), 22 inch (56cm), 22.5 inch (57cm), 23 inch (58cm), and 23.5 inch (59cm). See our Size Guide for measurement help.

What fabric do you use?

All Al-Banuri Kufi caps are crafted from premium suiting fabric — soft, breathable, durable, and holds its shape through repeated wear and washing. The fabric performs well in both hot and cool climates.

How should I care for my Kufi cap?

See our Care Guide for full instructions. Generally: hand wash in cold water with mild detergent, reshape while damp, and air dry away from direct sunlight.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for wholesale?

Our wholesale MOQ is 54 pieces per design (9 pieces per color across 6 colors). This applies to all 9 of our signature designs.

Do you offer private label or white label services?

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide. Our primary markets are Pakistan, United Kingdom, United States, Canada, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Germany, and Australia. We can ship to other countries on request.

How long does shipping take?

Pakistan: 2-5 business days. International (UK, USA, Canada, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Germany, Australia): 7-15 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.

How much is international shipping?

Shipping rates depend on quantity and destination country. For wholesale orders, we often offer free or reduced shipping. Contact us for a quote.

What payment methods do you accept?

For Pakistan: Bank Transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Cash on Delivery (for select areas). For international: Bank Transfer, PayPal, Wise, and credit/debit card through our Shopify checkout.
